It all started with a guided ride from Cape Town with a stop over at Bon Courage wine estate where all riders were given a bottle of estate wine as a ‘start the rally’ gift courtesy of Andre, the owner and one of our Chapter members.
Riding in extreme heat edging toward 40 degrees and eventually over the last 100kms hitting an average of 44 degrees saw the guided ride enter town to be faced what was aptly described throughout the rally as ‘a site that epitomizes a Harley rally’.
National Rallies offer perhaps your best opportunity to meet fellow members from all over Southern Africa - even from around the world. There are annual rallies, as well as one off events. some are open to all bike clubs, some are closed to all except H.O.G. members.
